We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to orders with 2 or more sets. The "free shipping" does not cover items being returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty damaged or incorrect items:
Treating You will cover reasonable return shipping costs. 

Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and promotional periods. Processing times may be longer during peak sale periods, holiday periods, product launches, weekends, public holidays, or where severe weather or other events outside our control affect operations or delivery networks.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times provided on our website or at checkout are indicative only. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, the carrier, seasonal demand, public holidays, weekends, severe weather, and other factors outside our reasonable control.

While we will make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, delays may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Treating You is not liable for delivery delays caused by postal carriers, couriers, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping and delivery details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

If an incorrect, incomplete or invalid delivery address is provided, Treating You is not responsible for any loss resulting from the order being delivered to that address, returned to sender, or otherwise not received. Where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay any additional shipping charges before the order is re-dispatched.

If the parcel cannot be recovered or is delivered according to the address details supplied by the customer, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement, except where required by law.

Returned to Sender/Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or could not be delivered due to customer-provided information or customer inaction, Treating You may deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees from any refund or may require payment of a re-delivery fee before re-sending the order, to the extent permitted by law.

Authority to Leave
If the customer provides delivery instructions requesting that a parcel be left unattended, or if authority to leave is given to the carrier, delivery will be taken to have occurred when the parcel is left at the nominated location.

To the extent permitted by law, Treating You is not responsible for loss, theft or damage that occurs after a parcel has been delivered to the address or location nominated by the customer.

Missing, Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once a parcel leaves Treating You and has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery updates, delays and transit issues passes to the carrier. Customers must contact the relevant delivery provider directly for any delivery enquiries, including delayed, missing or lost parcels, using the tracking details supplied.
