Return Period
Treating You accepts returns on all full-priced items within 28 days of delivery for either a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
Return Shipping Costs
- $10 return shipping

Exchange item and/or size: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs of the new item. This is payable before release of the new item.
Refund: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded or issued as store credit.
Faulty damaged or incorrect items: Treating You will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
*We may waiver part or all of the shipping costs at the discretion of Treating You team.
How to Start a Return
Returns can be requested through your customer account via our website. If you didn't create an account at the time of purchase, no problem! Simply use the same email address used for your purchase, and you'll receive a code to log in and view your order history. Alternatively, contact us here with your request!
Once your return request is approved, you will receive:
- Return instructions, and
- A return shipping label where applicable.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original, resalable condition.
- Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Be free from stains, makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, oils or pet hair.
- Be free from strong odours including smoke, body odour or fragrance.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Customised or personalised items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, therefore cannot be guaranteed.
If you wish to receive a different item:
- Submit a return request via your customer account. Let us know what you would like to exchanged it to, in the notes section. Once approved, send your eligible item back to us and we will send you the exchanged item, pending inspection of the returned item.
Alternatively
- Submit a refund request via your customer account. Then place an order for the item you would like. This ensures the fastest processing and availability of replacement items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as selected during the returns request.
- The returns shipping amount of $10 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
- Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not receive your item, please contact us.
Faulty Items & Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for items that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
